1. Introduction & Acceptance

Welcome to the CabPlanner Creator Partner Program ("Program"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Creator," "Partner," or "You") and CabPlanner ("Company," "We," or "Us"). By registering for this Program, generating tracking links, or earning commissions, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms entirely.

2. Program Eligibility & Account Integrity

To participate in the Program, you must be at least 18 years of age and hold a valid bank account within India capable of receiving NEFT/RTGS payouts.

Important: You agree to provide accurate, current Registration and KYC information. Operating multiple accounts fraudulently, or utilizing scripts/bots to generate artificial traffic or sign-ups, will result in immediate permanent suspension and forfeiture of all pending commissions.

3. ASCI Compliance & Disclosure Requirements

As a Creator promoting commercial products, you are bound by the regulations set forth by the Advertising Standards Council of India (ASCI) regarding influencer marketing and disclosures. Honesty with your audience is our top priority.

  • Clear Labeling: All promotional content containing a CabPlanner tracking link must be prominently and unambiguously labeled with tags such as #Ad, #Sponsored, or #Partnership.
  • Visibility: Disclosures must sit "above the fold" or within the first two lines of a caption so they are visible without clicking "read more." In video content (YouTube/Reels), the disclosure must be placed visually on-screen or vocally declared.
  • No False Claims: You may not make unsupported guarantees regarding the features of CabPlanner SaaS or Travel Packages that are not verifiable on our official website.

4. Prohibited Promotional Methods

To protect our brand integrity, the following promotional strategies are strictly prohibited:

  • Brand Bidding (PPC): You may not bid on trademarked terms (e.g., "CabPlanner", "CabPlanner software") in Google Ads or any other search engine marketing platform.
  • Cookie Stuffing: Invisible iframes, pop-unders, or forced clicks designed to drop tracking cookies without genuine user intent are banned.
  • Deceptive Domains: You may not register domain names that include variations or misspellings of "CabPlanner."

5. Account Termination

CabPlanner reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Creator account immediately, at our sole discretion, if we determine you have violated these Terms. Upon termination for breach, any unpaid commissions will be voided. You may also close your account at any time by notifying support.

6. Limitation of Liability

The CabPlanner Creator Partner Program is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no express or implied warranties regarding the operation of the program or the tracking platform. In no event shall CabPlanner be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your participation in the program.
