1. Grievance Redressal Mechanism
CabPlanner is committed to resolving Creator Partner concerns promptly and fairly. If you have a dispute regarding commission calculations, missing weekly payouts, or account suspension, you must follow our structured grievance redressal process:
Submit a detailed ticket with relevant screenshots and tracking IDs to [email protected]. Resolution time: 3-5 business days.
If Step 1 fails to resolve your issue, escalate the matter formally by emailing [email protected]. Our appointed Nodal Officer will investigate and issue a final determination within 14 business days.
2. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms, the Creator Partner Program, and any disputes arising out of or related to them shall be governed exclusively by the Laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any legal action, proceeding, or litigation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts situated in Noida, Uttar Pradesh / Delhi NCR.
