Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Commission Reversal (The "Pending" Period)
To ensure the integrity of the CabPlanner Creator Partner Program, commissions are initially credited to your account under a "Pending" status. This status remains active for the duration of the customer's refundable window (typically 30 days).
If a customer purchases a Travel Package or SaaS subscription through your unique tracking link but subsequently cancels the booking or requests a software refund within this designated window, the pending commission generated by that transaction will be automatically reversed and zeroed out.
2. Chargebacks & Payment Clawbacks
Clawback Policy: In rare instances where a commission has already cleared the Net-30 period and been paid out to you, but the underlying customer transaction results in a credit card chargeback or bank dispute months later, CabPlanner reserves the right to deduct that specific commission amount from your future clearing earnings balance.
3. Fraudulent Transactions
We employ rigorous automated systems to detect fraudulent orders (e.g., stolen credit cards, self-referrals). Any commission associated with an order flagged as fraud by our payment gateway will be permanently reversed. Repeated patterns of fraudulent orders originating from a Creator's links will result in immediate termination of the Creator's account and forfeiture of all balances.
